Wow what a week!
We have had a fantastic week this week, focusing on maths. The whole of the school was focusing on economic well being, how we spend our money.
Thank you for all of your great ideas and work this week, the maths day party planning in the hall with year 1 was great, you helped them really well, and the maths that I saw really made me smile.
One thought that came out of the week, was to be careful with our money. Plan ahead and don’t just spend, that way we can all make sure we have what we NEED and not just what we WANT. We are very lucky to be able to have/buy the things we NEED and hopefully have a little left over for the things we WANT.

Can we in 2s just say a great big ‘THANK YOU’ to all of the parents who helped us us make our amazing time machines. They turned out really nicely, and the children enjoyed having you there to help out (and quietly I think you enjoyed yourselves too!)

We would like to invite parents in this Thursday Morning (13th May) from 9.30-11.30 to help us build our time machines.
Thank you for all of the junk you have been sending in, we now have enough to build the machines, following the plans we made in our teams. If you would like to help, please feel free to pop in any time during the morning and get stuck in!
WOW, well done to 2S who won Birchy last week!
We tried hard to work as a team, when designing our time machine, and Miss Offord was so impressed she said that 2S would win Birchy! Brilliant!
He had a lovely time in 2s, sharing fruit and milk, playing out, and enjoying the continous provision available. He worked hard, and played hard, the 2S way!
We hope to welcome him back to our class soon, but we know he will enjoy whoever he goes to next.
